Action Services GroupSM provides service management for lighting, signage and electrical to Fortune 1000, mid-size firms, educational institutions and public sector entities nationwide. Founded in 1991 as Action National Sign & Lighting we have developed one of the largest professional networks of certified technicians allowing us to provide our customers unparallel services.

1991 - Company Emerges
The company began solely providing sign services to the retail industry.

1999 - Service Expansion
Through customer demand, we expanded our services to incorporate lighting maintenance programs.

2003 - Technological Advancements
With technology developments emerging we launched our web based customer portal, providing on-line 24 x 7 x 365 service status to customers helping improve company operations and communication with customers.

2005 - Service Expansion
With the growing amount of service demands and the expansion of our network, we instituted a Program Management Department to manage relamp and retrofit lighting contracts. We also established a Vendor Management Department to develop and manage our network while creating specific requirements for Technician certification.

2006 - Advanced Resource Tools
We launched our web-based customer data inventory site used to track customer sign and lighting data inventory by location to help enhance business functions.

2008 - New Opportunities
We recognized the potential of LED lighting energy savings, utilizing American made Appalachian Lighting LED products as a replacement in a vast array of lighting applications, expanding our lighting service solutions.

2009 - Corporate Growth
We re-branded our organization to become Action Services Group due to our customers’ excessive demand, our ability to provide more services and for our future growth opportunities and goals. We introduced
BrightSolutionsSM
, ImageSolutionsSM and PowerSolutionsSM as our service brands to better support and service our customers. Due to the accelerated growth of our company we relocated our corporate headquarters to accommodate.
