Did you know that October is National Indoor Air Quality Month? The spookiest time of year might have some additional surprises for you. As we celebrate Halloween, we should also take a look at how we can improve the quality of the air we breathe.

The average person takes 21,600 breaths a day, and with Americans spending around 80% of their time indoors, indoor air quality should be top of mind for everyone.

The American Lung Association has issued a little quiz, to test your indoor air quality. The quiz is True or False, and they do provide the answers with explanations to every question.
